We will accept a return request for any reason within 30 days of purchase. We do ask that products are unopened and unused, but if you have opened or used the product and still feel like you need to return it, please contact us and we will make sure you are taken care of. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and provide you with return instructions to make your return/refund as seamless as possible. We try to respond to all customer inquiries as soon as possible. You should expect a response within 24-48 hours (maybe sooner!) but if 2 business days have passed and you have not heard from us, there is a chance your email didn't get through. • If I return a product, when will I receive my refund?

Most commonly, you should expect to see a refund within 3-5 days of us receiving your returned item. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that we are processing your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Keep in mind that every credit issuing bank is slightly different and some may show credit immediately, while others make take a few business days to process.
