YOU are our first priority.  We understand that customers may need to return a purchase. Whether they changed their mind, the product was damaged in transit or maybe you ordered a product only to go to work the next day and find out you are being laid off... Life happens. We are here to help.


We will accept a return request for any reason within 30 days of purchase. We do ask that products are unopened and unused, but if you have opened or used the product and still feel like you need to return it, please contact us and we will make sure you are taken care of. We want to help and we would rather accept a return than have a dissatisfied customer.

We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and provide you with return instructions to make your return/refund as seamless as possible. We try to respond to all customer inquiries as soon as possible. You should expect a response within 24-48 hours (maybe sooner!) but if 2 business days have passed and you have not heard from us, there is a chance your email didn't get through. Email us again, initiate a chat or submit a contact form on our website and we will get to processing your return ASAP!

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that we are processing your refund.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Keep in mind that every credit issuing bank is slightly different and some may show credit immediately, while others make take a few business days to process.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after being notified, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All orders ship and leave our warehouse within 1 business day. Shipping is via USPS with delivery confirmation. If order value is above $250, we will require a signature for delivery to ensure that your valuable items are not left vulnerable to theft or loss.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and it helps everyone involved to know where the shipment is in transit.
